I'm Kelly & this is Charlotte, my constant sidekick. I'm so glad you're here.
I am a compassionate person. My personal and professional life has always reflected that in the directions I have been called and the opportunities that have manifested.
I spent many years working as a Domestic and Sexual Violence Crisis Counselor, Advocate, and Educator.
A longtime vegan, and avid animal lover, I eventually moved into the world of animal rescue and sanctuary work. I strived, grew, stumbled, and struggled with this fulfilling and deeply challenging work for many years until the bottom fell out of my world.
The loss of my husband to suicide in 2017 plunged me into a pit of pain, heartbreak, and grief so profound that it took 4 years before I was able to begin to work my way out and see the light of hope. That hope came in the form of a wonderful Life Coach, Alyssa Almond. Together, with Alyssa as my coach, I was able to deeply explore my thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to tap into a deep sense of clarity, purpose, and promise that was buried under painful self-talk, shame and fear.
My transformative life coaching experience inspired me to help others see and express all the possibilities for their lives.
Every day, I coach with compassion and empathy to empower individuals to live from a place of authenticity with more joy and ease.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that we each possess the answers to our own joy, wellness and success; we just need a little help bringing them out into the light of day so we can experience a new perspective and learn to challenge our thoughts which then allows us to create manageable goals, a path to our truest selves and an authentic, joyful life.
I bring compassion, a calm presence, deep listening and powerful questions to coaching sessions to create a place of discovery, relief, release and rejuvenation for you.
Coaching is deep exploration of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to uncover what blocks us from living the lives we really want and from being the people we really want to be.
Often times we create blockages to what we most want to attract to our lives with fear, negativity, comparison, shame, and guilt. We get stuck and keep spinning our wheels as we become more entrenched in our suffering in the form of limiting beliefs about ourselves, others, and life.
We wrestle with excessive thinking that gets us nowhere. We struggle with the belief that we've been wronged or should do more, be more, help more, make more money, lose more weight and so on but what we really want is to feel worthy, accepted and heard.
